1. The Company is not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond the control of the Company including but not limited to obtrusive guests, lateness of the Client or guests, weather conditions, schedule complications, incorrect addresses provided to the Company, rendering of decorations, or restrictions of the locations. The Company is not responsible for backgrounds or lighting conditions which may negatively impact or restrict the photo coverage. The Company is not held liable for missed coverage of any part of the Event(s). The Company will not be held accountable for failure to deliver images of any individuals or any objects at the Event(s).

3. The Company reserves to right to terminate coverage and leave the location of the event(s) if the photographer from the Company experiences inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behavior from person(s) at the event(s); or in the event that the safety of the photographer from the Company is in question.

4. The client grant permission to the Company for use of the photographs/footage of the clients for editorial, competition, advertising, portfolio, samples, website, social media and image display inside or outside of the Artsy Image’s studio/office or any other purpose, to alter the photographs without restriction, and to copyright the images. The client hereby release the Company from all liability and claims in connection with the images.

5. The Client is responsible for all travel, accommodation, meal and transport costs unless provided by the Client when photography service will be performed outside of Kolkata(For all project) and Kolkata(only for outdoor shoot and any project which completed after 11:30PM).

6. Please check your design draft very carefully before giving your final approval, because once final approval is giving, we are not responsible for image defects ,duplicate image, or other errors that may have been missed. Only one time change in Final Video (Of required) except pre/post wedding or teaser/trailer.

7. Guest Photography is not permitted in the album. In case of we don’t to be responsible for poor quality images looking terrible in print.

1. Booking amount should be at least 20% at the time of booking which is not refundable in case the order is rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled from the client’s side. 30% of total amount should be paid before 30days of the starting of programme. 30% of the total amount should be paid at the end of the event. Due 10% amount must be paid at the time of Album Printing.

2. All processed raw photos (watermark) will be provide after 10days of last date of photo Shoot and You have to be selected photos for album within 20-30 days. The Company will be not responsible for the loss of data if you not selected within said duration.

3. Delivery of the order of photo/Album and video will be done within 90days from the date of Photo selection. The Company will be not responsible for the loss of data after 15days of photo selection (if payment procedure violated). No other complain will be entertain after 7days of delivery of work.

4. All edited and non-edited Photos after sorting and edited Video will be provide by “Online”.

5. Additional charges are applicable for extra Album / Photos/ Pages/ Pen drive/ Video Raw Files / Photographer/ Videographer/ Drone Operator & Others, which is excepted packages mentioned and also extra charge applicable for extra services of schedule timing or date.
